Mason from MGD construction was who we hired to replace our outdated kitchen ceiling light and install 10 ceiling lights in the kitchen and 8 ceiling lights in our family room. I found Mason to be very pleasant to work with. He communicated clearly and from start to finish Mason made our satisfaction his priority. He made sure prior to the installation that we were satisfied with the light illumination and the placement of the lights was to our satisfaction. The installation was completed in a timely manner and the clean up from the sheet rock and electrical wires was done with care. The light that was removed needed to be framed and new sheet rock had to be installed. Mason’s sheet rock crew were great, the textured repair looks better than the original texture. We are very satisfied with the work we had performed by MGD construction and would not hesitate to recommend their work.

I hired Mason at MGD Construction to diagnose and fix a potential water leak after we detected some mold spores in a south-facing window frame. Mason was able to unfortunately determine the entire wall was essentially rotted out under the stucco. Mason and his helper, Kyle, took great care of our house during the entire process. He created a "clean room" inside the house during the process, so our house remained clean inside during this fairly invasive process. Mason removed all the rotten wood, including a major support beam, and treated the entire area for mold. He rebuild the entire wall, which included re-hanging a huge window. He had great subcontractors for drywall, stucco, and painting interior and exterior. I was very impressed with Mason's work, his attention to detail, and his follow-up. He also shows up when he says he will and doesn't leave until he is satisfied with the day's work. After he was paid and essentially done with the job, he and Kyle returned to hang our blinds, make all the electrical connections, replaced the bark outside the wall, and even cleaned the windows! I highly recommend Mason Deruelle at MGD Construction!

Mason @MGD construction did a great job for us. He is the rare contractor that communicates well, shows up on time, and keeps the homeowner informed. MGD construction did plumbing, electrical, sheet rock, and flooring for us. When change orders or issues arose (We have an older home ) Mason was very flexible and took it all in stride. We were very pleased with the work that was performed and would hire MGD construction again.

We had a fantastic experience working with Mason on our kitchen remodel. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and well-organized. He paid great attention to detail and clearly takes pride in his work.

The cabinets turned out absolutely amazing. The craftsmanship, fit, and finish exceeded our expectations, and they really transformed the space into something both beautiful and highly functional.

Great contractor to work with. We hired him to build a one room add-on and he did a great job from start to finish (concrete foundation, framing, exterior and siding and interior finishes). As with any construction room project, there were a few unforeseen things that came up, but the owner, Mason, handled them professionally and kept us in the loop every step of the way and got the project completed. We will definitely consider him for any future construction projects around the house.

Mason and crew were great. We had our front door replaced and 5 windows, 4 of which were in stucco. He is very responsive and communicative. Everything was done on time and with great quality. After the work was complete, they cleaned up everything. And I'm a neat freak. Highly recommended.

Refurbished Deck: Again, if we could give a 10 star we would. We just had our house done with Hardie Siding, painted, trim, etc. We were so happy with the work we then had our deck refurbished and Love It! I can’t say enough how hard it is to find a good contractor who doesn’t have all these hidden costs, rushed to just get it done which lacks quality just to get to the next job. Well, let me tell you my husband and I couldn’t be happier with Mason’s work. The attention to quality & detail work was amazing. The deck (3 sections of 8x12) + walkway leading to the deck with new trek decking and metal railings all around not to mention the unexpected detail work needed that came up. Mason always kept us posted on what was being done with the utmost professionalism. We will definitely recommend Mason, MGD Construction, with the highest rating. Thank You Again! We Love Our Deck!
